In Yoga, we pay close attention to ourselves, getting to know our physical selves again on a very intimate level. Knowing ourselves so well that we notice when we start to go off-kilter, rather than having to wait until disease to know. Knowing ourselves, our strengths and our weaknesses and learning to love them both. Learning to love and nurture ourselves again, so that we can more fully continue to nurture those around us with integrity. Yoga teaches us to pay attention.
Life Elements offers both group and private yoga classes for all levels and abilities. Our small class sizes allow for individual attention and modifications are offered to make the poses work in your unique body. Life Element’s approach to yoga is breath-centered and internally focused, strength building and balancing.

Private and Small Group Training
Do you need to jump start your practice? Intimidated by the idea of group classes? Are you recovering from injury or illness? Don’t see a regular class time on the schedule that works for you? Specialized therapeutic practices, helpful for those recovering from illness or injury, or those uncomfortable in a group setting. Ayurvedic yoga tailored to your unique body type, and instruction in meditation and breath work are also available.
